im afraid of dump places,im afraid sleeping next to the wall,im afraid to go to narrow small places.what's wrong with me?

I was eating pizza and with mushrooms and after a few minutes I was out of breath I tried benadryl and didnt work so my fam. was going to take me to the hospital but I felt like I couldnt breathe and I was extreamly weak! We had to call the paramedics instead cause it was getting worse. They put an oxygen mask on me, I.V. and all this other stuff but I still havent gone to an allergist and never ate pizza again. Is this normal?

I tend to forget things a lot and it's really annoying especially because I am still young and I kind of fear what's going to happen to me when I'm going to be old and gray if I keep forgetting now where I put my keys...also, I want to memorize more things, information...

The whole story in a nutshell .. My scizophrenic neighbor had to be corrected after the New Years ball dropped, cuz I walked out just to hear him say ... *****, *****, *****, and even something about pick my cotton. So I hit his skull area about 3 times, and now I fractured my hand, although the x-ray says, I BROKE IT !

My question is ... I don't feel it, which is good, but should I be feeling it ? I only see a visible injury, sort of like my ring fingers knuckle is pushed back ... ANY FEEDBACK would help !

Let's serve up the problem first:
I have very minor dandruff; I don't get snowflake sized dandruff flakes floating around in my hair. However, when I run my fingers through my hair, I can feel that my scalp has a rather rough texture. Occasionally, I come across tiny, crusty bumps on my scalp that when removed by scratching it off (I know it sounds gross but bear with me) resemble yellowish, clearish, whitish, translucent plugs. If I periodically scratch off the tiny crusty blip, it becomes a sort-of sore scab that when picked off leaves blood. When I visually examined my scalp up close with a mirror, I saw that my scalp has an irregularly rough texture with what seems like little pieces of dandruff on the verge of falling off.

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what is wrong with my scalp! It's very frustrating to find a shampoo that is right for me. Answerers, PLEASE give SERIOUS consideration to your response.

I know that depression is a common "disorder" or whatever you want to call it. But I have been feeling this way since "forever." I know it may be my upbringing because of the parents divorce, child neglect, child abuse, child molestation... my self-esteem has never really been enough to help me accept myself.

Now I feel like an idiot because I know there are people out there who have it worse than I do.

I have already spoken to people but because they are my friends or close acquaintances they tell me the same things over and over.


"That I am going through a phase."

But it's not going away....

Has anybody tried the William Bates method. Apparently if followed properly, people with poor eyesight recover quite a bit and some have claimed to recover twenty twenty vision.

Ill admit that the method of cupping ( covering your eyes with both hands to completely shut out light) gives you a fresh feeling after a while. but has anyone practiced any of Mr Bates method and actually gained sight back?

I'm right handed, but my right biceps and traps are visibly smaller than my left biceps and traps. I'm currently working out in the gym, I do two handed bicep curls and finish it off with one handed bicep curls with the dumbells. For the shoulders, i do shoulder presses with the machine, front and lateral raises with dumbells, and shrugs also with the dumbells. What other exercise can i incorporate into my workout so that my right traps and biceps can catch up with my left (size wise)? Thanks!
