Personally If I had the money I'd go for a root cannal as your gums rely on teeth for their nutrients

If I didn't have the money, well their only your wisdom teeth, definately keep your mollars though!

Have you tried mouth wash or a saline solution first ?
1/4 teaspoon disolved in a glas of water gargled?

I would check with a Dentist first but it would probably be a good idea. An oral surgeon should be able to help you out and after they are out you shouldn't have any pain after you recover. Especially if it's hurting when you are eating contact a Dentist.

Yes, if they are hurting or if they are rotten, then they need to be extracted so you don't have to go through any more pain.
Good Luck.

wisdom teeth sometime grow sideways (impacted). if you dont get them pulled they will screw up your molars, you jaw and cause you all kinds of problems.

Get your dentist's opinion of coarse!
I had mine pulled...all 4 of them and had no problems at all afterward.

See a dentist as soon as possible! He or she can tell you how to proceed.
