I have book on learning psychic healing. You are able to heal physical and emotional pain. it is using your energy to extract pain. You can also use it to heal things like sickness. I get migraines and sometimes feel relief by trying to use my energy to help extract the pain. I just place My hand on my head an visualize my energy sucking out the pain, it helps when I am at school!
