Im a student studing overseas here water is expensive then juice and i love drinking juice so instead of 2L water daily i drink lots of bottle juice is it good for my health, skin and digestion kindly help thanks.

No its probly too much sugar. you should only have a bit of fruit a day and more vegetables. I would say your just going to have to sufer and buy water. Can you drink the tap water? You need to be drinking water even if your drinking water. That will help with your health and skin and digestion more then anything. Although juice is good for you...it is better to have it in moderation because it is high in calories and its hell on your teeth.

So long as it's not causing you any Hyperglycemia, and it remains aromatically appealing, flavorful in a good way, and has no unpleasant tatste, smell or side effects, vs what you could be drinking, then yes.

Otherwise, if any unpleasant or foul, smell, appearance, or taste appears, it would be better to drink what makes you healthier rather than risk disease from its excessive consumption.

If it's 100% juice then it's healthy.
