My sister has smoked for about 10 years now. And has finally decided to give it up. As her sister and a Nurse Practitioner I am thrilled that she is quitting. She has gone 3 days with out a cigarette. My husband and I have never smoked. And I have never been around any one who is quitting. Is there any thing that I can do to help her through qutting, and to make sure she never starts again. I would appreciate any suggestions.

One of the symptoms of bulimia is swollen glands which causes the "chipmunk cheek" effect, in essence. Sometimes they can be seen between the jaw and under the ear which makes the face look rounder. Is this a permanent look or will it go away after some time?

Im a 23yr old male & i get a good nights sleep every night im usually in bed before 9pm & up at 7am! except for on a weekend of course.

But this last year i have got really dark rings under my eyes which i hate! any hints or tips or products i could use to get rid of these?

I woke up this morning and there was no tampon string hanging out of me...I didn't tuck it up there or anything...i was really tired last night... i'm almost positive that I put one in late last night... Sometimes I do things in my sleep....last night I did turn off my 2am alarm to get up and do my homework..and i don't remeber that at all.....is it still up there...is that possible? Or do you think I could have taken it out at 2am..when i clearly woke up ...although i don't remeber it.... i feel crazy....help me out please. I'm vagina phoic...I've never in my life stuck a finger up there and don't plan to now...is there any other way. Gosh this is embarrassing.
