I used to soak the pillow sheets and blankets. My problem was a combination of gal bladder and high cholesterol. Change your diet and cut out the fast food and fried fatty foods. I know its hard to do but you get used to it. Plus after you start eating healthy the garbage you used to eat will make you sick.

maybe your body heat is high, too long under the sun, wearing too tight or thick sleeping wear, or the room air curculation is not good. however, you might be normal. if you have the problem when sleeping in the air conditioning room, then i suggest you see a doctor.
