it depends on the type of bug,the best thing to do is not eat for 24 hours but drink plenty of fluid this should help.

The "24 hour" bugs are usually acute viral infections, and the 24 hours is the approximate time it takes your body to get things under control. However, many different pathogens cause flu-like symptoms (which is what I assume you are referring to), so there is no guarentee that what you assume is a 24 hour bug will cooperate with your plans.

A bug, or germ can affect your body from a few hours to a few weeks. It is impossible to tell what you have, as you have given no symptoms or other information.

Listen to your body and keep this in mind: better to go to the doctor when you don't need to than not to go when you do!

i have a virus attack every 3 months on the same sport
i think bugs stay in our body in their own terms and duration

do you know what you ate that gave u the bug?
do you have a fever?
i'd go to the doctor!
it could be salmonellosis-i dont know how to say it in english.but if it is that you need medicin to kill it! whatch the fever! take care

No, they will die in no time once they reach your stomach. You have already digested/dissembled it by now. Why do you think it is still there?
