I do not understand what you mean by 'motion'? You mean 'Stool'. Fine. You are suffering from either amoebia or irritable bowel syndrome. For the former, you need to take 'Metrozel' for repeated courses. For the latter, permanent cure is possible if you learn to free yourself from tension, which is the cause of all psychosomatic ills. Do yoga and meditation. Let your son be taught the same.

Nothing wrong in going after breakfast, as long as you're going. Try waiting 2 weeks to go, believe me, that's no fun ! Just make sure your son drinks plenty of fresh orange juice, eats vegetables and bran. If you think there's a problem, take him to the doctor's. Rhubarb is great for making you go to the toilet, but I can't really see that you have any problem if you're not constipated

whenever u get up drink as much water as u can lets say
2,3,4 glasses. this will help excreting harmful fluids in ur body. because of this u might need to go for urine 2,3 times but it will definitely help u improve ur digestive circle and especially stomach.
