it could be down to lots of things like your diet,salt intake,weight,glandular so go to the doctors to be diagnosed properly...good luck

Could be it's just too warm in your house or you are using too many blankets, etc. Try cutting back on the heat and cover with something lighter and see if it helps before you start worrying. If you are sleeping naked with no covers and the window open and still sweating, then worry.(seriously). Some health conditions will produce what is known as night sweats. If you are allready doing the above to keep cool and still exeriencing a lot of sweat, i would ask a Dr. about it.

Have you had your blood pressure checked ? You say your a worrier then maybe your having panic attacks whilst sleeping , Its best to get it checked out it will put your mind at rest

This can be due to a number of things, it sounds as though its anxiety, although it could be a medical problem or even a side effect of medication best to get it checked out by a doctor.

You describe what it is known as nightsweats. It can be be something that is simply annoying or as serious as a symptom of TB or another disease. It would be prudent to see a doctor sooner rather than later; delaying treatment if needed would not be prudent.
