I am on orthro tri cyclin lo and usually get my period on wed. It is now thurs. and I still haven't gotten it.

I do not use a back-up method of birth control, and I also use a sunday start. Could I be pregnant?

One day late isn't that significant. Changes in diet, stress levels, exercise and more could be responsible for this despite the pill. If you have other reasons to believe you might be, you can try an HPT. They are not affected by the pill. If you have recently been on antibiotics or other medications that affect the pill, or have missed/skipped any pills, I would consider testing. Otherwise, I'd say give it a day or two.
