This is going to sound crazy, but does really work (ive done it myself).
If you get pile/hemaroid cream from the chemist and dab a little amount under your eyes in the morning your bags will temporarily vanish. Its very safe, just dont get it in your eye!
It tightens the skin, getting rid of bags and wrinkles.
Also, long term the real answer is lots of water, and vitamin C to help you absorb the water.

A good way to solve that problem is to place cucumber slices over your eye area.Another thing is put plain yogurt where it is dark like a mini mask then wash off . you could try some make up that people really do not notice good luck

this can be to do with your diet, i had dark circles and it was to do with my kidneys and alcohol consumption, maybe see a nutritionist
