I am afraid, it is not possible to expect growth at this age. Be happy with whatever you are endowed with. You are not abnormally short, as you seem to feel.

Weight training helps a person build muscles and increase body weight. If you are a very active person, you should learn to relax, which will slow down your metabolic rate. As a man ages he will put on roughly 2 pounds of weight per year until he reaches age 60 and then lose a pound per year until death. (I tracked this gain to a tee from age 25 to 50). Lift weights and exercise but don't "try' to gain weight. Nature has other plans for you.
