Gonorrhoea (Neisseria gonorrhoea) is a very common STD; Gonorrhoea is a purulent inflammation of mucous membrane surfaces caused by a sexually transmitted microorganism, Neisseria gonorrhoea. Virtually any mucous membrane can be infected. This bacterial infection may at first cause a slight discharge from the vagina, penis, or anus. If the Gonorrhoea infection .
The commonest symptom is burning sensation during passing urine (micturition) and appearance of pus at the tip of urethra in males.
It is fully (100%) curable with appropriate antibiotics. If you are in India, penicillin's should work. There are places across the globe where the microbe (gonococcus) has acquired resistance to several antibiotics.
My advice is that any body suspecting himself/herself to have gonorrhoea must contact a Skin & VD specialist (Dermatologist) locally, get his/her urine or discharge (pus-like material) from urethra (place where urine comes from) tested for antibiotic sensitivity and take appropriate treatment.
It is not ethically correct for me to prescribe a medicine without examining the person or doing minimum mandatory tests. The treatment takes anything from 5 to 7 days (if microbe is ordinary) or upto 15-21 days (if it is resistant).
At the end of the treatment, one must again repeat the culture to make sure that the microbe has been totally eradicated (removed by its roots) from the body.

Sounds like you have a STI ( Sexually Transmitted Infection) caused by unprotected sex ( sex without condoms) as the other answers said the infection can take a couple of months to develop, or you have a urinary infection causing the discharge. Its very important for your own health ( and for any future sexual partner you have) that you get this checked out and treated at your physician or Dr's or you can go to a sexual health clinic in your local hospital, which are anonymous, non judgmental,(in the UK medical treatment in a sexual health clinic is FREE ) You will have swab's taken from your penis, back of your throat (or anus if you are gay), and if after incubation the results come back positive a course of antibiotics will generally clear things up. You may be asked if you want to have an HIV test which is strongly recommended, otherwise if infected without you knowing you could pass on the infection.

If he is uncircumsized, this is common. When my son was a baby and uncircumsized, he developed an infection because the caregiver wasn't cleaning the area properly even after given instructions on how to do so. Usually what you need to do is cleanse the area really well and then perhaps use an antibiotic ointment on the area. You will have to refrain from relations while using the ointment and see if that clears it up. If it doesn't, he needs to see a doctor.

Sounds like a gonorrhea infection to me...but it can be just UTI. Again...foreskin??? how many man keep it any longer??? foreskin should be remove because it did nothing but accumulate bacteria in it. Consult your doctor for treatment...antibiotic will do well...get it prescribed in a proper dose.

From what you have described he has contracted veneral disease which is normally transmitted through sex and/or poor hygiene. It is a very common occurence in an uncircumcised penis.A course of antibiotics should help get rid of it.
