I haven't tried it myself, because I don't smoke but I know several people that have and most have gotten very good results. Also, my uncle is a hypnotherapist and many of his patients are there to quit smoking and he reports that the success rate is over 80%. The vast majority of patients are able to quit and no longer have any desire to smoke. In fact, he tells me that most now find it disgusting! Give it a try. GOOD LUCK!

Here is costs somewhere between $30 and $50. My boyfriend tried it and it didn't do a thing. He tried at 18, 19, 22 and again at 23. He said it worked for the first hour or two, and then it was useless. From a few friends I know, it either works REALLY well, or not at all.

Personally, I cut back to 5 a day and went cold turkey because that worked for me. Another person I know used the patch, and that worked really well for him. You really just need to find the method that works for you, and don't be upset if the hypnotising isn't for you!

Good luck!

It worked for my mother for a few months, but then she started again. I think it depends on how much you REALLY want to stop before you go in - if you do, it will probably work because you are already in the mindset of quitting. But if you are skeptical and don't really want to stop, it won't work.

My husband was a smoker for 25 years and he did the patch for 6 months. He hasn't had a smoke in over 6 months now. Yea!

Good luck.

It worked for my brother. He went to one of those seminars, think it cost around $80, walked out of there, threw his cigs away and never smoked again. It just all depends on if you can be hypnotized or not.

My son and I did it and it works if you really want to quit. The tapes help to emphasize the resultsthe tapes are expensive around 100.00 but the hypnosis is usually free.
