Hi, im 19 yr old male and want to lose some weight by running, but when I run outside and it is a bit cold and i start to get a sweat on and when i stop and go home, I somethimes start getting a chesty cough and I start wheezing and my chest feels a little bit tight. This does not happen if i exercise in the gym. My doctor said a few yrs ago that i didnt have asthma. Any ideas what is wrong?

My 12 year old came home yesterday, and here is what she said:

"Mom, every day at school, I pee before lunch. After lunch, I get this tickly feeling like I have to go again. So I do, but not that much comes out. By the time I get home, It happends like, every 20 minutes."

Now, lately I HAVE seen her going to the bathroom a lot, but didn't think anything of it. Now she's starting to worry me. What is this?

My fiance had his 4th back surgery. This time they removed a section of the lamina in his lumbar spine to relieve the pressure on the nerves. He now has a bony lump (which is getting worse) at the top of his incision. Is this normal after this type of surgery? It is extremely painful when it's touched and he's 3 weeks out of surgery. The docs said they would need to watch the stability of his spine after this surgery, is this an indication that it's weakening or just a normal lump from the removal?

I am 13 and after peeing, and i put on my pants, without me realising a substantial amount of my urine leaks out, and many times, i have a lot of burning and painful sensation when urinating. whts going on???

I just started (well about two months ago) working regularly third shift...and i'm concerned with the amount i'm sleeping. I'm not really used to sleeping during the day, but it's very easy for me. I find myself getting tired around 10am and falling asleep until 7/8 pm. sometimes till even 9. I find it VERY difficult to get out of bed when i do wake up...but once i'm up and awake, i feel GREAT. Am i getting too much sleep? cause i know too much sleep can make you tired also...or perhaps my body's just still trying to get adjusted to sleeping during the day? idk any advice would be helpful. thanks. :)

I did about 300 situps, 250 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, I lifted 3 pound weights 20 times on each arm once, 8 pd. weights 10 times on both arms once, and 20 squats. Kinda long but can I get an estimant I did all of it in 45 minutes.

my virgina have been smelling since i was a teenager,i`ve been to different types of doctors but nothing has helped i can`t were skirts in summer coz people can easily smell me,i sometimes pass mucas like fluid with odour, i bath 2 times a day,even after having a bath can still smell it,i`m worried my husband is going to live me,sometimes it smells like onions and am not comfortable around people, is there anyone with the same situation or can anyone help please.I am 24 years now.
