Would you like to join me in The Great Weightloss Blog? Ok, there's just me at the moment and I am asking this question BEFORE I've Blogged, but I'm going to do it now while I'm waiting for answers!
You must be prepared to blog about your efforts at least once a week. You must be looking for a new way of eating for life rather than a quick fad diet.
I think we could support each other.
Are you up for it?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Can i offer some constructive words that may help. Your an ideas man and i am sure you will lose the weight. The main challenge with a group that are in the same boat is you may find it easier if you have someone who might have no weight problems at all and they live a healthy life with regular exercise and all that jazz. If you have someone like that who can lead the group, then it might be a little easier, i think groups like you are suggesting can tend to go around in circles. Just a thought hope it helps. Good work on getting the ball rolling, not many do. Well done :0)

YES! I used to be VERY VERY big, I actually had gastric bypass in July 2005, but in August 2006 I got depression, lots of problems at work...and that made me stop losing weight and I actually gained 5 pounds! and I still have about 30-35pounds to lose... :( I am completely freaked out, and since that I got my life back on track now, I just started dieting again, actually, it's not the amount of food that I eat, because my stomach is still small, but it's the amount of sugar I eat...refined sugar is the the worst invention - food-wise - that man ever invented.
Please let me know the actual adress of the blog (should I just browse it by that name?) and I will start doing it!

I'm getting around to it. The plans are in place, the execution is just lacking a little will power. watch this space.

No, loose weights are dangerous, you be careful, maybe they will fall on your feet and hurt you. Make sure your weights are carefully stored and then they wont come loose.

If you are worried why don't you lose them somewhere
