Go to google. Then type in the name of the book with the counry you live in and also include the word download. See if that works :0) Bet it does. If it does can you make me best answer because i want to get off the lowest level :0) Good luck with the weight loss, bet you dont need it, you probably look great anyway :0)

Not sure where you can download the points book - but I can tell you the system they use to calculate the points which may be useful they It's (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fibre grams/5) and thats how many points the food contains

you can buy this sort of stuff from weight watchers magazine they have also got an excellent calculator as well my other suggestion is ebay people are always selling weight watchers books and stuff (failed good intentions I guess)
