I'm right handed, but my right biceps and traps are visibly smaller than my left biceps and traps. I'm currently working out in the gym, I do two handed bicep curls and finish it off with one handed bicep curls with the dumbells. For the shoulders, i do shoulder presses with the machine, front and lateral raises with dumbells, and shrugs also with the dumbells. What other exercise can i incorporate into my workout so that my right traps and biceps can catch up with my left (size wise)? Thanks!

Well I still workout at home and after ten years of doing this I noticed that when my left arms muscle group was smaller I would do an extra 5 reps of any type of workout on the smaller arm ...it worked , stick to barbels they give equal weight handling .
Push ups with your feet elevated on a bench about a foot or so high , contributes to every other muscle in ya upper body including triceps ,as I said it balances out the weight dispersion and you will be finely tuned in 3 months ...it worked for me.

first subject - prioritise legs, do no longer in basic terms in good condition them in whenever you could. you're able to desire to base your exercises around heavy squats and deadlifts. There sounds like there is too plenty on your work out. i think of you would be perfect off going for a whole physique, or 3 way split to be common, with plenty much less quantity, for everybody who isn't a complicated coach, much less is often extra in an attempt to speak. ok, here's a three way split you're able to desire to attempt: Monday - Squats Deadlifts split Squats calf will improve Wednesday - Bench Press dips Shoulder Press Skullcrushers Thursday/Friday - Pull united statesBent Over Rows EZ bar curls Planks Or an entire physique: Squats Deads Bench Chins Shoulder Press Bent Over row test with rep ranges. desire this helps.

start with a number of reps and lbs that are challenging for your weaker side and then increase number and lbs till the weaker side catches up with the stronger one.
