You are ONLY FIFTEEN you are not through growing. People grow up until about 20, so you have five years before you need to be concerned, and even then you just need to accept yourself.

Eat healthy and exercise and keep growing.

For a simple rule of thumb. How tall are your parents? You will be somewhat as tall as they are.

males usually tend to have a growth spurt btw the ages of 14 and 16. you are probably in the middle of yours right now. Even if your growth spurt has ended, you can take comfort by the fact that guys usual grow until their early twenties. there is nothing much that you can do, other than eat healthy and exercise, play sports. I grew 5 cm between the age of 16 and 19.

There is absolutely nothing that you can do. Your height is genetically determined; it was 'set' the moment your mother's egg joined your father's sperm. Provided you were not malnourished as a child, you will reach the height your DNA has programmed for you. You cannot do anything to grow taller than you were meant to.
As a 15 year old boy, you might still grow some more until age 17 or 18.

It's important that your body get the nutrition it needs to build muscle and bone. Make sure you take a good multivitamin, eat plenty of vegetables and good quality protein, and drink water. Stay away from soda, it keeps you from absorbing calcium. Run and play and enjoy being 15.
