Go to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. Don't mess around, there could be something going on in there.

I don't know why you have restricted yourself with only your Pharmacist's opinion. If you can afford money and time then please rush to set an appointment with any reputed ENT Specialists in your area.
I remember back in December 1986 I had some weird popping sound from my left year and I consulted the best possible ENT Specialist in Chittagong who did his post-graduate and Ph. D. from USSR. I was asked to go for immediate surgery to replace one of the three bones which got stiffened. The success rate was 50-50. I dithered, but consulted 2 more Specialists in Dhaka. Nobody warned me that the said operation must be done within first 3 years of the problem; otherwise, it would not be possible or beneficial.
So, I was waiting for earning enough money and find out time from my business engagements to go in any developed country for this operation, which came in 1998 and while traveling in Vienna I went to see one ENT Specialist who said that I have delayed it beyond its affective time limit.
Now, I am using hearing aid to supplement what I can hear by bone-conduction only. Therefore, do not 'play by the ear' and get the problem checked as soon as possible and get remedial measure as prescribed.
BTW, someone above me hinted that ear candling could solve the problem. Please do not go for this treatment as there are so many adverse affects of this procedure and I got a BA in this Y!A on informing the pros and cons of ear candling. If you like I can send details by e-mail.

Yes, but you should see a doc. The ear canal has a gentle curve to it so not all of it is visible to the naked eye. If it is really bothering you, def go to the clinic or doctors office and get it looked at. Then you and your doc can talk about using a liquid ear wax removal solution. Ear candling is also a good way to remove excess wax from the ear, but see the doc first!

Whatever u do, don't put anything in your ear unless the doctor tells u to.Go to the doctor and he will look at your ear or you might have to have a x-ray better then taking a risk putting something in your ear.Sometimes people put liquid in their ear and it made it worst.GO AND SEE THE DOCTOR.DON'T PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR EAR.Your might think its a easy way, but something might happen and you will regret what u did but it's too late.

I have to agree with the other person go to a specialist. Also I would not concern your pharmacist with such matters, my mother works in a pharmacy and doens't find such things amusing. I sincerely hope you find out what the problem is!

You do need to see a doctor. Yes, there could be something--not visable to the naked eye.
