First how old are you?

Many people continue to grow up to or maybe into their early 20's.

My son grew 3 inches after 18.

Do not be impatient. If you are 20+ years, get lifts, I am assuming you are male, since most women do not worry as much about height.

The surgery is expensive, unbelievable invasive. And it is a very long process to actually stretch your legs.

There is some fairly extreme stuff like having your legs professionally broken and reset in such a way that they are forced to grow an extra few inches.

Mostly I'd suggest just being happy with you are.

I am 14 and i am 6 ft 3 and i wouldnt want to get taller. anyway to answer your question, there is surgery to make you smaller, they take out one of your spinal discs, so i suppose you can have a disc inserted, but it is probably a rare surgery to get done.

I don't think so but I suggest taking calcium supplements. I gained two inches and I'm a full grown woman.
