Yes, this is why some women are able to breast feed their adopted babies. The sucking can cause the milk to come in (it's a hormone inducing thing).

Women who are getting ready to adopt will use a breast pump for several weeks or months before the baby arrives to help stimulate the hormones which make the milk..

Yes. Even an infant child. This is caused from the pituitary glad secreting a hormone called prolactin. Even men and boys can produce it. Beleive it or not even adoptive mother's can sometimes become successful nursing mothers by pumping their breasts regulary in order to stimulate that hormone release they can actually begin to produce milk to feed their adopted baby. I would certainly ask your doctor about it though because it can sometimes mean symptoms of something more serious.

Yes, any prolonged regular stimulation of the breasts causes release of hormones which can cause the production of milk. So if your partner regularly stimulates your breasts or sucks on them, then you could produce milk even in the absence of pregnancy - it's perfectly normal.

No, not from which I have heard of. Your mammory glands start producing milk when you are pregnant , preparing nutrients for your baby.
