I take it that your question is regarding breast milk from a human. The answer is yes. My food and nutrition teacher in nursing school produced so much milk after the birth of her baby that she used it to make cookies with. To each his own. It will not hurt you and if your wife is willing then there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Yes, although our culture may think it is something "gross", however, it is actually quite nutritious. It may also be useful for some people who has stomach ulcer.
