depending on where you live, try to do walking up hills, go for walks.do some work out on that area, do things around the home, like yard work, you won't beleive the inchs melt right off, get out and do things, don't become a couach potato. you know my wife asks me the same thing, how can i feel better, get up and go for a walk, the fresh air will do you some good.the more active you get, that pouch will disappear. i'm lucky, i can eat anything and not gain a pound, and if i do gain one to five pounds, it's gone with in a day or two, because i keep active, and i'm only 167 pounds and 44 years old. oh and try some old exsercises like belly crunches, so don't let the couach hurt your pouch, and get on your feet, to lose that belly meat.

Start doing workouts that focus on that area. www.sparkpeople.com has a lot of good tips!
I have a similar problem. I hate it. :-)
