If you two are both in the same school/college or anything else, try to spend more time together. Go out to restaraunts and cafes that would fit into your diet. Maybe you should even go to the supermarket together! Then you can both buy mostly the same foods and it would turn a boring chore into fun. this could make you guys much closer and you would both be on a diet together! Plus, you could encourage each other if you fall out of line...

DH and I are going on a diet together as well. We both decided to band sugar and junk foods. We don't always eat together as well but plan to use a punishment to fit the crime. For eg: if I eat a chocolate bar I have to do the dishes for a week. Good luck!

Make a game or a competition out of. See who can come up with the best low calorie meal. Save some for each other so that you can judge. Play your own version of biggest loser and see who can lose the most weight. I have a work out buddy but we live together so it is a little easier.

make a pact that instead of eating something unhealthy over 200 calories, you'll call or text him. you'll get so fed up with bothering him about food that you'll stop getting so tempted, or you'll find him to be a distraction and you'll forget about the treat.

try also exercising together, it's sort of a turn-on, actually. a hot shirtless dude running on the track in front of you is a great motivation and you can pretend you're chasing him, ha ha.

agree on what foods and limits you will both eat and stick to it, when together eatting the same amounts will be easy. also try and exercise together, setting up good exercise program would help.

lol that's really cute, good luck with it.

Having a diet buddy means you can share your thoughts on how your diet is going, anxieties, ideas, improvements, etc...
