Please go to the doctor. Flu like symptoms may be more than just the flu.

What u may be getting is the common cold virus (rhinovirus) There are many strains over a hundred strains of rhinoviruses. Every time you get infected by one strain, u only get immunity for that strain and not others. So it could be a chance that your were getting infected by different strains.

Try to boost up your immune system like taking vitamin C, reduce stress, more sleep.

The flu is caused by influenza virus. Usually it is more severe then the cold. You can try taking the flu jab, but it does not provide immunity to all the strains, only the current strain that is going around. And you have to take it every year, as the strains change every year.

It takes about one or two weeks for the actual symptoms of the flu to show up. Make sure you wash your hands before eating, and try not to touch your face during the day--you may not notice it, but a lot of people touch their faces without realizing it. Get vitamin C by drinking natural fruit juices and eating fruit. Make sure you're getting all necessary vitamins and minerals. You could also try taking an Airborne when you start to feel sick, and see if it works for you.

i don't think you are getting the real flu .. as thats hard core and you'd have the antibodies from it so you wouldn't keep on getting it..
your probably just picking up every cold that goes your way.. perhaps you need to be a bit more careful.. wash your hands more.. make sure when your in public places not to really touch your hands to stuff and then to your mouth, nose or eyes..

also eat some more vitamin c.. you can take the vitamins the chewable kinds are always tasty.. or eat more little oranges.. (tangerines, clemintines) or drink more OJ...

those little tips will help you from getting colds..

Your immune system is obviously seriously compromised. My advice is to get yourself to a naturopath as soon as possible. There are plenty of things you can take to boost your immune system, and I could suggest heaps of them here, but you need someone to evaluate your diet, lifestyle and health personally, so that they can recommend exactly what's right for you.
