I have been having bad sinuses and bad pre migegaine headaches
starting from the back of my neck and as a result I feel sore and sluggish and realy tired with lack of energy. I take execedring mingrantine I also am going to start my period as well. what are ways that I cn feel better and get my strength and vitaity back?
Do you reccomend walking for 20 minutes a day? Thank you for your answers.

I was told that I would have lots of swellen and pain for a few days and would be able to eat solids in a few days also. So I'm still swollen in my jaw/ face and it hurts to talk sometimes and eat. So will the swellen go down anytime soon and I was told that my face would never be the same because of the broken bone in my jaw. So what should I do?

Apparently the stress of Christmas is showing it's marks on me. When I get cold sores I never even "feel the tingle" first. I just woke up yesterday morning and have one huge blister and about 5 or 6 tiny ones. I mean it's taking over the bottom half of my lip!! In the past I have tried Campo phenique and abreva with no luck. the last time I had one this bad it lasted for 3 months. I have an awful problem with them spreading (it's absolutely disgusting and embarassing!) Is it better to pop them and put alcohol in them or will that just make it worse? ~~ anyone know of any home rememdies? I still have some campo phenique that I am using, but I can't see myself spending $15 on another tiny tube of Abreva that did not even work last time! THANKS!

I'm an idiot. Right after my wife and I had our 2nd baby girl, I ran off and got a vasectomy - knowing full well I would not want any more kids... my wife and I had 2 girls in 2 years and I was done... now, lately - I'm thinking I might want a little boy... my wife tried to talk me out of having the vasectomy - but I didn't listen. Anywho - now I'm looking for a good doctor in the NJ area that can do the reversal in his office for around $4000. I have found that if you have it done in a hospital its like $7000, and I found one Dr in north Jersey that posted a $6000 total fee on his website, but I'd still like to find one for less... any ideas? Either way, I'll have to take out a loan to pay for this.
