I have been having bad sinuses and bad pre migegaine headaches
starting from the back of my neck and as a result I feel sore and sluggish and realy tired with lack of energy. I take execedring mingrantine I also am going to start my period as well. what are ways that I cn feel better and get my strength and vitaity back?
Do you reccomend walking for 20 minutes a day? Thank you for your answers.

you need to get some exercise in and i guarantee you will start to feel the improvements right away. not only will you feel more confident in yourself, but your body will feel rejuvenated and you will get addicted to the feeling you get after moderate exercise.

Walking 20 minutes a day is a great way to start. Have you ever been checked out by a doctor for the cause of your headaches. They could be diet induced, ie, the foods you eat. A doctor who is knowledgeable about athletics would be the best place to start. They can tell you your current fitness level and help you set up a program to get in shape or improve your conditioning. They also would be able to do this keeping your medical condition{s} in mind. Good luck. I will tell you this, if you haven't cut out caffeine and smoking, do it now, those things are known health hazards and will in no wise augment your choice for a healthy lifestyle.

Eat healthy, think healthy and maintain a healthy attitude with everyone around you.

As far as your sinusitis is concerned it may be due to dandruff and consumption of fatty foods.

Go vegean for some time and seek help from a homoeopathic practitioner who will cure your ailments by treating not just sinusitis but you in totallity as a person after studying all your subjective and objective symptoms.

first i will advise u to go to the doctor and tell him/her every thing. after this whatever the doctor tell u a reason, u tell. after this i will be able to guide u better so u can be better.
