Don't squeeze it, you could cause scarring. You might not actually have acne at all. There is a possibility it could be rosacea or eczema or a food allergy. You see, I was treated for acne for years. I bought stuff from infomercials (none worked). I was prescribed oral antibiotics and harsh creams, such as benzoyl peroxide, retin-a, and salicylic acid. I even tried tea tree oil and had an allergic reaction.
Come to find out, it was never acne at all. It was ECZEMA! None of the things that I was previously prescribed were designed to work on eczema. Antibacterial products don't work on eczema, because it is a fungal infection, which therefore requires an antifungal cream. My doctor prescribed me Elidel, Spironolactone, and a steroid cream, and I changed my diet. (An allergy to milk and beef were aggravating it) I was lucky enough to find a good dermatologist. Do yourself a huge favor. If the problem persists go to a dermatologist. You'll thank yourself for it. Just make a list of the products you've already tried and what your skin is sensitive to. The more info the doc has, the better they can help you. Good luck!!

ps- FRIEND has some really good advice worth trying.

This sounds like acne "scarring" that takes as much as a month to go away. DO NOT SQUEEZE THESE THINGS!! Your skin will react to being squeezed by swelling up to protect your nerves and blood vessels, causing more bumps. If your skin is broken, put on a little topical anti-bacterial medicine such as neosporin for about 15 minutes every day. Honey is anti-bacterial but acidic and likely to cause allergic reactions in many people. Cinnamon will warm the skin but cloves are a better anti-bacterial spice. Vitamin E oil (less expensive when you buy it in capsules and then break the capsules) will help prevent scarring.

I don't recommend rubbing alcohol or facial cleansers, or even washing with soap and water. Your face is usually better when just left alone, or lightly scrubbed with just water. An allergy may cause this kind of blemish too! IT MAY NOT BE HORMONES!! Try not eating milk products for two weeks and see if anything changes. There are whole lists on the internet of allergens that can cause you to have "bad skin."

Good luck!

I have a treatment that has resulted in me getting the best answer four times. Each time, the user said it worked great! I'll copy and post it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

make a paste out of honey and cinnamon. apply to the blemish at bedtime for at least 3 days..it should be gone.Bacteria cant survive in honey, and cinnamon is a natural antibiotic. Also, make sure you change you pillow case every night, bacteria accumulates on the material, and transfers to your skin amking it hard to be rid of these skin problems.

Oxy 10, or Oxy 5, get the skin tone color. It dries it up and you cna't see it. Wear it to school or out no one can tell. Ina day or two it will go away.

Don't ever pop pimples. You run the risk of spreading your pimples or scarring. Try an astrigent or toner.
