okay, so lately i have started to get the feeligns that if i stretch atall or too much, that i will crack my ribs (i hate that it makes me cringe:() or even worse, break them? please tell me what you think honeslty, and dont make fun of me. im just curious,am i paranoid?

it is pretty hard to break someone's ribs. usually cpr, fighting, full contact sports or car wrecks are the only way people get their ribs broken. stretching, no matter how much will not break them.
