If cleaning it is sufficient, then can you keep one case forever?

You can keep the case as long as it doesn't crack. Clean it well with antibacterial soaps.

u only gotta clean it with some water ever month or 2 thats the way ive been doin it for 3 years and never had any problems but a few words of advice so u dont waste contacts:
Never eat hot peppers or anything that is spicy and touch ur contacts or case unless u vilontly clean ur hands and wait like 10 minutes after cleaning or else u will never be able u put them in with out burnin ur eyes so bad u want them to fall out

yes. u can keep it, but if i were u after a 2 years I would change it, I get a new case from my doctor every 12 months, just because i get them free,

I throw mine away about every month because all the germs. I am sure you can wash it without any probs.
