My niece is 2 yrs old. He had this symptoms since now, He has a very rapid heart rate, that i can't count it. His Respiration is 35, His Pulse Rate is 75. And he have a cough,, no phlegm at all,, Nurses I need your help

A normal adult pulse is 60-100 and respiration rate is approximately 14-20 per minute.

A 2 yr olds pulse should be a bit higher than 75 bpm.
I think you must have miscounted. Pulse and respiration can vary a great deal depending on how active or if the child is coughing crying etc.
If childs cough continues for three or more days or worsens if he/she has a fever of 101.0 or higher or a rash seek medical attention

Be smart,call a doctor or go to a 24 hr clinic.

Always go to a doctor if something isn't right. He may have accidently ingested a load of caffeine (coffee laying around?) or it could be nothing.

He needs to see a doctor.They can check on his cough to see if it's asthma.

maybe panick attack of some sort. seek medical help NOW ASAP before death occurs.
