I have sores that started about 5 days ago. It started as just sorness in my vaginal area, and itching and 2 days ago turned to blisters. I have only had one sex partner my whole life, my husband, and he has only been with me. He has no STDs and neither do I. I am thinking it could be BV. I have no health insurance. Could I call a doctor to call in a prescription for me. The blisters are starting to open and have pus and yellowish discharge. Also thick white discharge. It hurts to go to the bathroom. What shoudl ido? No doctors offices open until tuesday. Emergency room too expensive. If I call a doctor tuesday will they give me a perscription?

I am only 20. My husband was married before and she was his only other sex partner. I read somewhere you could be born with it, is that possible for it to appear in my genital area only if I was born with it.

Blisters are not a part of BV. Unless you've recently shaved and have ingrown hairs or follicle irritation, it sounds like herpes to me. Far be it from me to questions anyone's fidelity, but is it possible your man has cheated on you? A yellowish discharge is a pretty common symptom of chlamydia.

On Tuesday, call a family planning clinic. They can provide services to you at low or no cost. In the meantime, try a salt bath that's not too hot and wear loose clothes/underwear.

A doctor is not going to write you a prescription without examing you first. There are too many risk for him. Blisters are usually not associated with BV. You should probably not have sex until you see a physician. They are going to have to do an examination to be able to tell what it is. Do get treatment though because if not it can lead to more complicated illnesses such as PID. If it is herpes, L-Lysine is a natural supplement you can get over the counter that will prevent outbreaks. Try sitting in a hot bath with epson salt, it will help the swelling and pain.

Seriously see a DR! I know its expensive but, your health is worth it. I have NEVER heard of BV presenting itself in this manner BV is usually discharge and a bad odor. If you just had soreness it might be a yeast infection. BUT the blisters are really concerning, you need to be seen, no self respecting DR would ever just give a prescription for something of this nature without first taking a look.

Start researching for free clinics in your area etc.

I got diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 6 yrs ago, when I was still attending college and had a dumb one-night stand. I know loads of young ladies will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/4vkSo everything changed.

Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a busy cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

I would get tested for EVERYTHING, even HIV. Having unprotected sex puts you at risk for all of it, not just certain ones. HIV is usually symptom free until years down the road. I know how you are feeling. My boyfriend just cheated on me and had unprotected sex, and I have to get tested, I have NO symptoms, but every STD doesn't have symptoms, that's why you need to be checked for it all. Good luck

I don't think a doctor will call in something unless he is familar with your problem. I suggest talk to your pharmisist, and tell (preferably a her), your symptoms. My pharmisist calls my doctor and gets a script for what I need.
