if i was to cycle 6 times a week for about 1 hour+ , maybe more and not eating alot of fatty foods. how long would it take me to loose it thanks.

I would have said about 4-5 months. It might take less time, it depends on you - some people lose weight quicker than others.
Good luck, and remember to focus on each 7lbs, instead of getting bogged down by the big picture.

i had a client lose 3 and a half stone in 14 weeks training with weights about one hour per week - no cardio work as its poor for fat loss

I would say roughly 2-3 months and that is if your putting some effort into your cycling.

Slim Fast has always worked for me, not 4 stone but some. Always vary what you do then your body can't get used to it.

it would depend on the rate you were cycling, how much you weigh to begin with, etc.
you'll need to drink a lot of water.
