I would have said about 4-5 months. It might take less time, it depends on you - some people lose weight quicker than others.

i had a client lose 3 and a half stone in 14 weeks training with weights about one hour per week - no cardio work as its poor for fat loss

Slim Fast has always worked for me, not 4 stone but some. Always vary what you do then your body can't get used to it.

it would depend on the rate you were cycling, how much you weigh to begin with, etc.
you'll need to drink a lot of water.
