If you are not sure why your tummy is so big, because you haven't been eating that bad, then you may want to get it checked out. A friend of mine was starting to get a pregnant-looking belly, and she is a runner and not sexually active, so she was confused and went to the doctor. Turns out she had a 6 pound ovarian cist that was making her tummy look big. She was lucky that they caught it before it did some real damage to the rest of her.

Yes, I agree with everyone. You need to see a Dr and Soon. Sometimes, it could be something like a cyst. I have had one surgerically removed when I was pregnant and the recover is actually not that bad. Now I have also heard that sometimes when your stomach protrudes and you have no idea why, it could be a form of cancer. I know that this can happen even in women that have had everything removed. (can't spell the name of the surgery). Anyway, that is something that you do need to check with your dr about. I would make an appointment as soon as possible. Now don't go getting upset and scared right now. There is always a chance that it is all stressed related. Good luck.

There's lots of info on the web on how to lose weight. Cutting back on snacking and taking a leisurely 1 hour walk is not going to do it. In order to burn fat, you need to do the 1 hour of exercising while keeping your heart rate at an elevated level. Instead of walking, you need to be running, even if at first all you can do is run for 1 minute then just walk for 1 minute, then run again for a minute. You haven't given me much info on what you're eating, but it's not rocket science, most people know whether their diet needs to be changed.

You could have a ventral hernia, which is a weakness in the abdominal wall. A surgeon could diagnose that. If could also be fluid in the abdominal cavity, which is not a good thing. Any doctor could tell if that's the case.
If it's just obesity, consider seeing a nutrition specialist about getting on a diet you can keep for the rest of your life. Keep up the exercise, and don't give up!
