Can a groin pull cause pain in the testilces? I don't think I have a hernia as I don't have any lumps or swelling, but it hurts when I press down on my pubic hair region (close to where your leg connects). It also hurts when I walk and lift objects and gets worse as the day goes on. I will see a doctor after the holidays, but for now, I would apreciate any advise.

If you have an iguinal hernia, there will be a bulge at the inguinal ring when you bear down or cough. Feel around with your finger to find the spot where the testicles come through into the scrotum. Hold your finger over that area when you cough, and see if there is a bulge. If not, no hernia.
