i've heard that you burn about 11 calories per minute while doing any kind of weight-lifting, but that sounds kind of high to me. it depends on how much weight it is, how fast your reps are, things like that.

Curls doesn't do much. Your working a very small muscle, and it won't help you gain much muscle or burn many calories

Not alot...
if your trying to lose fat...cardio.
and the bigger the muscle group u work, depending how hard, the more calories you will burn.
