Try a Fleet enema, that should do the trick. Even if you went to the hospital they would give you an enema as first choice. If that doesn't work then I would see my doctor for sure as you might have some type of bowel obstruction.

you can try a suppository 1st. It is alittle stick of glycerin that when put into the rectum, will stimulate the rectum and let the stool come out. If this does not work, do a fleet enema, if no go there, then you need to see a physician. Both of these items are less than $2.00 and can be purchased at the grocery store or wal-greens.

Good luck

Take a good look at your eating and excersize habits. Has anything changed? Are you eating something you weren't before, or not eating somethign you were before? Are you working out more or less? These could all affect the uh, consistency of your uhm...stuff.

If nothing has changed, you may want to consult a doctor just to ease your mind, if nothing else.

You have to get on something like Metamucil for roughage so you'll have some texture. I would See a doctor right after the New Year and he can put you on a schedule with some proper meds. and follow-ups.

People would be less apt to think you're trying to be funny if you used the appropriate adult terminology.......
I suggest you talk to your Doc.
