I have lost alot of weight, and I work out, but my breasts are not what they used to be. Having a boob job isnt an option. They are not bad looking, but I wouldnt mind them looking like they did before kids. (I have two) Is there anthing I could do?

Go to the gym and use the pec machine religiously. Also try some incline dumbell bench presses. If done correctly, you'll feel it working the right area. You need to use weights to build up your chest and will gradually have to add more weight as it gets easier or it won't work. Trust me....if you commit to it, you will see a difference. Pick up a couple of women's fitness magazines (Oxygen, Shape, Women's Health) for some great tips. If you can't hit the gym, then invest in a good set of free weights (dumbells) ranging from 5 to 25 lbs. and commit to working out at least 3 times per week, increasing your sets and reps as you get stronger.

This is CERTAINLY NOT A SANE IDEA. I don't know to what an extent people can go to suggest such unhealthy ideas. I am an Indian and I tell you there are several areas in my country where women do not wear bra at all and have very beautiful and firm breasts. Firmness is genetic also. But when you support them with artificial methods, they shall become dependent on bra. Bra was devised for convenience, not for creating firmness. Leave them without bra during night and these will be perfectly ok. Don't mess up with blood supply there. Loose bra is just a funny idea, and may do some harm.

Keep the rest of your body in good physical condition, and your breasts will stay in shape a lot longer. An occassional gental massage helps keep the blood flowing in your breasts, too. Maybe your hubby could give you a hand with this. LOL.

Well depending on how long you were large and your age. The skin on your breast may tighten up, and it may not. I'm over forty, lost a lot of weight, and my boobs look like tube socks filled with wet sand. I'm having mammoplasty. Breast of luck to you, Love!

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

There may be a medicine but I'm not sure.
I know a lot of people with different problems similar to this but I would reccomend that they are perfect where they are.
Remember, it's not how they look. It's you what matters.
