What is your defintion of 'quick'?
The fastest way you can do it just work out, eat healthy, and stay away from the sweets! No pain, no gain. All I can tell you, life doesn't work like that...loosing like 20ibs in only a few weeks. You will just have to do the working out intensly, and when you loose the 20 ibs...try not gaining! But try not loosing so much...maintain your weight.

You should have started this sooner. Losing 20 pounds in 3 weeks is not exactly the most healthy way. You might be able to lose 6-10 if you make a few changes. Lower your calories, try to get over 15 minutes of exercise a day, eat whole grain instead of white (pasta, bread, or rice), avoid things fried or high in fat including many desserts. Find healthy snacks (fruits, veggies, granola, trail mix, skinny cow ice cream for a treat, or low calorie smoothies) compared to sweet, sugary ones. Eat smaller meals frequently. Also do not drink drinks that are high in calories such as soda. Water is best, but if you must have flavor try Crystal Light (there is also a natural version to avoid some chemicals).

Straight up,if you buy a juicer and a lot of fruit you will lose weight.You will not have to work out if you don't want to. Any physician will tell you different because they don't care nothing about you.For years there have been people losing weight by juicing. You can eat breakfast and that is the only meal you will need for the day. In about two weeks you will lose over 12 to 15 pounds .

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Believe it or not, you may lose 20 lbs instantly simply by doing a colon and candida cleanse. The average person is walking around with as much as 20 lbs of undigested food in their body!

I lost 41 lbs in 2 months but not in a healthy way, I ate about 200-300 calories per day of only salad and deli chicken. It is not easy to lose that much weight that fast... I suggest cutting the calories you consume now in half and exercising.

Well, generally speaking, losing weight "quick" isn't a good idea. The reason is because whatever your quick fix is, once you stop, gaining the weight back is easy. But I do know, sometimes people do fasts; usually they are fr cleansing but people usually lose weight while doing fasts, from what I have soon. A lil' insight, hope it helps.

one gallon of water a day.... don't eat any breads,pasta, eat only a small amount of sugar a day...... for breakfast have 100-150 calories, snack water, lunch a Healthy choice meal {from the frozen section in a grocery store} snack water.... for dinner, this is going to sound crazy but 2 apples and a yogurt of your choice 100 calories...... all total you should have eaten 700-750 calories..... that's not allot i Know, but it is working for me.... I've lost 17 lbs in just 25 days.... drink alot of water......also crystal light........ its hard in the beginning but it does get easier after the third or fourth day..... make sure you have alto of support around you....then it will be much easier....... Try some fruits and veggies in the morning and dry toast if need for bread only one piece ;Lunch try veggies only and try to keep away from sugar and sodas anything that has high contents of sugars no chips eat lots of carbs watch what you eat.

say no to food. eat very very very very little. and when you eat only eat low cal foods. like veggies and fruits. never ever eat or drink anythging else. water. water. water. and exercise as much as you have time for. push yourself while exercising. do not give up. and take it day by day. u will lose weight.
