I'm sooooo sick of boneless chicken breasts, but they're EXCELLENT when I'm trying to lose weight (I lost a lot of weight a while ago, but I'm working on losing a little more). Can anyone give me recipes for chicken that won't add a lot of cals, carbs, and/or fat - THAT ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD?
By the way, I've tried lots of websites, and I've never found anything very helpful. If you're going to suggest a website, please make it a good one. Thank you!
