Going to make egg fried rice later on...
i have heard some people say its best if you boil the rice and then leave it out for a few hours and then fry it with the rice~

Does this make any differences to just boiling rice and then frying???

I have a couple bags of mixed vegetables in my freezer, and I am getting really sick of just eating them plain. I made a soup with some of them, but need some more ideas on how to use them. I am NOT into cooking, so I need something with just a few common ingredients, nothing elaborate.

I made the following recipe and it just didn't rise. It was sort of sunken in the center. What's up??
