I've never used Ginger before. Do I need to refridgerate? How long does it keep?

I love to cook and try new things, so I would like to hear some of your favorite recipes... I don't like onions or bell peppers so please don't put anything in with those ingredients... Also I don't want any common recipes like spaghetti or chili... I want some different things... Please put the ingredients and directions to make and cook it....Thank you in advance!!!

what can i have for my dinner on a relatively empty fridge, i cant be bothered going to the shops tonight. i have one egg, sausages, pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, cheese, green beans, tinned tomatoes, and then stuff in the freezer but nothing seems appealing.

After we moved this was miss laid. I copied this from a can of cherry pie filling back in the 60's and I have written to the Cherry Pine filling company's for the lost recipe and they haven't bothered to write back. My brother who loves this keeps asking me for his pancakes with the Pancake Sauce when he comes to visit. I still can not fine it and I have not been able to dublicate it.

I usually use cubed steak for the recipe, I beat it with a mallet put tenderizer spice on it cook it for an hour sometimes longer and still it never comes out so tender you can cut it with a fork. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
