we use a char grill and only burn wood...never charcoal and never never lighter fluid

A cheapo charcoal grill we got on sale for $5....We only use Kingsford charwood instead of real charcoal & never, never use Matchlight!!

Natural charcoal is the best...no binders or weird chemicals.
That being said, we use the gas BBQ b/c it's easier. Food still tastes good, just not as good.

Gas is the most convenient, but nothing can match the flavor of hardwood charcoal.
