I have chicken breasts, lemon juice, and some fresh herbs (basil, parsley, sage, and a lemon plant.)

Can I even do anything with what I've got? And if so, how do I do this?

*I'm not much of a chef, and I've never actually used the fresh herbs before - so I need some help please!

I love chilee dogs or coneys, whatever you call them. I'm looking for a good recipe on the internet for a really good coney dog (you know, a real good chile sauce to put on top of hot dogs.) Does anybody know a good website recipe? If so, thank you.

I am about to start a diet which tells me to eat between 2-3oz. of chicken and turkey breast, but how do I know I am eating the correct amount if I don't have a scale? Can I have the butcher at my local market do it, or is that too much to ask? Please help!!

Everytime I buy a jar of alfredo sauce, it always seems too runny. I like a good thick sauce. Any ideas as to how to make it just a bit thicker?

I want to make my own soup and then just add boiling water to cook later, I know I can dehydrate the vegetables and save them for later, but I don't know what to do with the powdered soup base. Was thinking of just adding a chicken bouillon but that will not taste very nice, I think.

My friend and I got into an argument. She claims the only way to make BBQ Chicken is to deep fry it, then just put BBQ sauce on it. I say that you have to cook it in the oven, or cook it on the grill. Could somebody solve this dispute?

I want to make beef stroganoff for dinner tonight. I've never made it before... I want dinner to be ready in about an hour and a half. The recipe calls for 1 pound of cubed beef stew meat and a can of mushroom soup. Is this meat the stew that comes in the can? and last but not least - can I cook the ingredients together on the stove for like an hour instead of using a crock pot because the crock pot calls for 5-8 hours. Thanks!
