Dude, just make a spaghetti and serve it with french bread. EASY. Use 1 lb. ground chicken instead of beef though for a better taste. Add salt, pepper, a chopped garlic tooth, and a couple of chopped green onions to the ground chicken as you're cooking it in a skillet. Also, use Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cook the chicken. Once the meat is cooked, get a jar of Prego sauce and throw that **** in there with the chicken and mix it up. Let the stuff simmer over low heat for about 45 min. If it looks a bit dry, feel free to add some water...not too much though. About 1/2 cup will work.
Heat up a pot 3/4 full of water and put in a tbsp of butter. Throw in a good handful of spaghetti. Mix it up once in awhile. After 10 min or so, eat a spaghetti noodle to check if its soft. Turn off heat once its ready. Serve up 2 plates with the spaghetti and cover with meat sauce and some parmesan cheese. Slice the bread and place it in a bowl with some butter on the side and there it is. After dinner, you'll definitely get laid. : )

A great and super easy romantic dinner that YOU CAN DO is:
Get a roasted rotissarie chicken from the local market or deli, either have the butcher cut it in half or just take it home and cut it yourself. You can either serve the halves with steamed vegetables .... or cut the cooked chicken and add to pre-made alfredo sauce (get the refrigerated kind if you can...much better than canned or bottled). Heat alfredo sauce, add chicken cubes at last minute. Make sure you have some fresh parm cheese and parsley for the end, along with fresh ground pepper. Serve over al dente (meaning not cooked too long, still with a tiny crunch) pasta. Read package directions......do not overcook and do not rinse after draining.
If you really want to impress her: Make a tableside Ceaser Salad. Pretty easy.
1 head romaine lettuce, washed, patted dry, and torn into bite size pieces.
1 coddled egg (this is easy.....boil water, put whole egg in a cup, pour boiling water over, let sit for 1 min, pour water off) have ready at table side with:
1 large salad bowl with
1-2 cloves freshly minced/mashed garlic (already in bowl)(depends on your taste and size of garlic cloves)
Add 2 T Worstershire sauce, (or 1 whole anchovie, mashed)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (or squeeze if fresh in front of her)
1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Good pinch salt if not using anchovies
Have fresh or course pepper handy
Nice handfull fresh parmesan (can be already grated, but you will be impressive if you grate it over the salad yourself).
Break egg in bowl with garlic and anchovie (if not using anchovie, just use Worstershire). Beat well, add lemon juice, whisk with fork again a few strokes, add olive oil a few drops at a time, while whisking or beating with fork, until frothy, a few gratings parmesan cheese (or if pre-grated, a couple tablespoons) add a couple grinds of pepper, whisk again, then toss in romaine lettuce, toss to coat, grate or add more parmesan cheese. You can garnish with lovely croutons (store bought will work, but have them in a nice bowl) and a couple tomato wedges. Serve this to her on a nice salad plate BEFORE the the chicken alfredo:
BUT
You can serve her a nice basket of warm french bread with butter and a cold glass of Chablis or even better, a Pinot Gris.
Remove her salad plate, serve the chicken alfredo, maybe with a few simple steamed green veggies on the plate (asparagus(in season now) brocolli flowerettes..whatever), another glass of wine.
DON'T FORGET to have a clean house/apartment, maybe a few candles, and tell her how much she means to you.
If dinner goes well, take her out for dessert........anything from a simple ice cream cone to a decadant dessert and coffee at a great place.
Have a wonderful evening......and by all means.......DO NOT MAKE HER WASH THE DISHES! (big smile).

season some boneless chicken breasts with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
in a lightly oiled skillet, brown the chicken on both sides.
then, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and put in some sliced onions, a dash of dried thyme, and a small amount of water.
put a lid on the skillet and turn the heat down on low.
let the chicken cook for 10-15 minutes until the veggies are soft and the gravy is smooth and HOT.
serve the chicken with hot cooked rice and dinner rolls.

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. dry basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Tuscan Garlic Chicken
3 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1½ cups Flour, plus 1 tablespoon
1 Tbsp Salt
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 lb Penne pasta, cooked
1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Red pepper, julienne cut
½ cup White wine
½ lb Whole leaf spinach, stemmed
12 oz Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparing the Chicken:
- Combine 1½ cups flour, salt, black pepper and Italian herb seasoning in a shallow dish.
- Dredge chicken in the mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Saute the chicken in batches, in a large, nonstick, ovenproof skillet - with enough oil to coat - over medium-high heat for about two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
- When finished, transfer the ovenproof skillet to a preheated oven at 350ºF. Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Preparing the Sauce:
- While the pasta is cooking, heat 1/2 to 1 fluid ounce of oil in a sauce pan. Add the garlic and the red pepper and cook for approximately one minute.
- Slowly add remaining one tablespoon of flour and stir to combine.
- Next add the white wine and bring to a boil for about one minute. Add the spinach and the cream and bring to a boil. The sauce is done cooking when the spinach becomes wilted. Complete by stirring in the parmesan cheese.
Assembling Entree:
- Partly coat the pasta with the sauce, transfer to a large bowl (or individual dishes) and then top with the chicken, the remaining sauce and extra parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNEnC
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
