5-6 medium rip tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil
6-8 leaves of Sweet Basil
1 tsp. or more to taste -crushed red pepper

Put all ingredients in a food proccessor until it resembles a slightly chunky sauce.
You may want additional parmesean for the table
Serve it with some homemade garlic bread or one you buy frozen and enjoy!

Anything cooked or smoked on the grill.
Steaks, Ribs, Brisket, Chicken,Burgers and Hot Dogs
You can also do all you veggies on the grill.
This time of year we usually grill at least 2 or 3 times a week.
My favorite part of summer is kicking back on the porch or under a tree drinking some cold beer and BBQing some good food. Can't beat it!!!!!!!!!!!
