Don't miss this one!
Southern Style Breakfast: for 4-6 people
Menu: Bacon (tip, I slice all the bacon in half before frying). This stretches the servings and helps the waistline a little.
Biscuits, piping hot
Sweet Corn Gravy
Plenty of hot coffee
1 LB Bacon fried until crisp but not too dark. Drain on paper towel. Crumble about 6 slices. Leave other bacon whole for serving on on the side.
Plenty of biscuits, at least 2 per person depending on size of biscuit.
Heat the corn (cream style with 2 TBS. butter) until hot. Add the crumbled bacon. Spoon over biscuits, Yow-see! Good

You can buy two boxes of Trader Joe's Corn Bread mix and make the best tasting and moist corn bread you've ever had in your life. Use a half a can for each box.

I love it in a corn chowder. It's a basic chowder recipe with a can of regular corn and a can of creamed corn. It's really yummy.

A lot of people just heat it up & eat it as a vegetable. I like to use to to make quick/easy cornbread:
Add the can of cream corn to a box of cornbread mix (like Jiffy.) Bake according to package directions.
Quick, easy & yummy.
