Chinese and Japanese has lots of salt added to it. French is very rich so I'll have to say Italian or American it depends what you use and how you cook it..

Actually, most of your Asian foods and food preparations are considered to be tasty, healthy and varied. I would say that your top five (in no particular order) would be Japanese, Thai, Indian, Malaysian and Vietnamese.
True Chinese has been corrupted by a lot of Americanized variations - for example, you would never see "egg foo yung" on a menu in Hong Kong for dim sum (brunch). If you want traditional Cantonese (Hong Kong) style cooking, find a restaurant that serves dim sum. You will never look at Chinese the same way again.
Japanese cooking is a delicate art - like a Shinto ritual or a Noh classical dance. All the elements must be in perfect harmony on the plate. Tip - find a Japanese restaurant where the majority of eaters are Japanese businessmen. They always know where the best food is!
Indian, Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisines are all influenced by each other - Malaysian in particular. It takes the best elements from Chinese, Indian and Thai cooking and creates true "fusion" foods. (Anthony Bourdain had a special on it last night on the Travel Channel.)
Vietnamese cuisine is heavily influenced by its French roots when it was a colony named "Indochina." In fact, the Vietnamese are the only ones of all major Asian cultures that drink coffee - which is prepared exactly the way French "cafe au lait" is. Vietnamese cuisine borrows greatly from Chinese, Thai and French methods of cooking.
Any which way you go, you will find the cooking that meets your expectations in any Asian cuisines. Bon appetit!

Chinese and Japanese are the healthiest and tastiest. Forget the takeaway rubbish it has all been westernised. My husband is from Hong Kong so I have tried proper Chinese food and there is nothing else like it. The best way to find a place that serves good healthy food in any country is to go where the locals eat not tourists.

Actually, the one that is the "best" is the Mediterranean cuisine. It's now being touted as the healthiest and most flavorful. Think olive oil meets greek olives meets fresh fish and herbs. I personally like a varied cuisine myself and prefer Japanese and Thai to just about anything else.

Japan and China are well known for having healthy populations who live longer, with less heart disease and Cancer...this does not make it the best food....I personally like French cooking which can kill you in an instant with all the cream, and eggs, butter etc but is delicious.
