to slice the cheese use a vegetable skinner for thin perfect slices, that is if you don't have a cheese cutter of course, get the best foods mayo, if it says miracle whip throw it out, and get some ham, put it all on some bread with some chips, chips are the most important part, a crunchy ham and cheese sandwich = happyness

I'm with you on this, Jane. And I'm amazed at how many people actually know how to do it. Reading the answers I think it's not that complicated to make a sandwich as I thought before, so why am I paying $18,000 a month to my sandwich chef at my house?
By the way, why do you have your housekeeper make sandwiches? She has other duties to do. Do not tell me you make her do the duties of a sandwich chef, towel boy, polisher of the left side of your car, full time dog groomer, etc.
I have people do THEIR jobs in my house! Where do you live? In Newport Beach? When poor people like you (with just one housekeeper and three maids) moved there, my wife almost had a break down right in her Beverly Hills therapist's office. She had to fly our jet to Rome for lunch to calm down.

Get 2 slices of bread out of the bread bag. It is the long plastic thing that has the stuff that looks white and fluffy, like bread, in it. Then, open the refrigerator door. Find the ham, and the cheese that you want to use. You should have the choice between cheddar, provolone, american, white american, etc. Figure out which one you enjoy the most, and get it out of the refrigerator with the ham. If you like condiments on your sandwich (these are mayonaise, mustard, relish, or anything like that), then get those out of the refrigerator also. Put 2 slices of bread on a plate, or china if you prefer. On one slice of bread, place a piece or 2 or 3 of ham, and the cheese on top of that. On the other slice (the one you did not put the meet and cheese on), put any condiments that you might want on your sandwich. Do you like lettuce or tomato on your sandwich? Put them in the middle, either on top of the meat and cheese, or on top of the condiments. Then, put the side with the condiments, messy side DOWN, onto the other slice of bread, containing the meat and cheese. If you like your sandwich cut in half or something, do that. Better yet, don't do that. I don't want to get sued if you cut yourself. Now eat! Feel better? Don't forget to grab a bottle of water or something to wash it down with, I wouldn't want a choking hazard to occur.

youre kidding, right?
get 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese
one on piece of bread place a piece of ham, then the cheese and the other piece of ham, top with the second piece of bread. if you want mayo or mustard, spread that on the first piece of bread prior to putting the ham on. good luck!

you take a pan and put it on the stove, not on high though or it will burn. medium is good enough. then take as many slices of cheese as you want (i prefer 2 or 3) and place in on a slice of bread. then put the ham you want on top of the bread and cheese, then put another slice of bread on top. before you put it on the pan on the stove, put a little butter on the pan and let it melt. it always tastes better that way then it doesnt burn as fast either. keep it on the pan until the cheese melts. flip from one side to another for maybe 3 minutes each and enjoy :]

ok, 2 slices of bread, put mayo on each slice along with spicy brown mustard. on one slice put the ham, as much as you want and then on the other slice put your favorite cheese. put both slices together, set sandwich on a plate, grab a glass of milk, get sandwich and milk and head to the TV and watch your favorite show while eating. LOL, good luck

You're probably joking with this question, but you'll need to begin with bread slices. Insert between them a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese. If you wish, add mayonaise, mustard, lettece, and tomatoes.

Your housekeeper makes your food? Uh, hello... that's what your cook is for! You must be one of those poor people that have their help do double duty. If you can't afford a full staff, then don't have one at all - it makes you look cheap, really.
